A few years ago, God seemingly didn’t answer a prayer I had begged for. Or, more precisely, he did not intervene in the way I had hoped.

I have a Post-it in my workspace that reads, “Your work is the work of eternity.”

As I reflect on my own life, I can identify a cycle of “believing leads to belonging that leads to believing that leads…” and so on.
