Kelly Hadd joined the Parish Life and Evangelization Team in January, serving as the Vicariate 1 Liaison and the Coordinator of Marriage and Family Life Ministry.

A lifelong Catholic, Kelly was raised in Port Hope and now resides in Bay City with her husband Tim. They have three children and are active in ministry at St. Gabriel Parish in Auburn. Kelly worked at the Dow Chemical Company in Midland for the past 34 years and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration/ Management from Northwood University and an associate’s degree in Office Administration from Delta College.

Sheila Howard joined the Finance Department in February.

A native of Southwest Michigan, Sheila and her husband Mike recently returned to the state after spending 17 years in Pennsylvania. The couple now live in Freeland and have three adult children. Sheila brings broad experience in accounting, human resources, executive administrative support and financial services. Sheila holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Western Michigan University.

Becky Perez joined the Tribunal Office in January, where she serves as a part-time employee doing data entry.

Becky is a Saginaw native and a member of St. Francis of Assisi Parish. She and her husband Rudy have four children and eight grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with family and hosting family meals.
