Chancery announces several staffing changes

 

Director of Human Resources

Tracy Albrecht has transitioned to be the director of human resources for the Diocese of Saginaw. Tracy has an extensive background in human resources, loss prevention and accounting and has served for the last five years as parish finance liaison for the diocese. In her new role, she will assume responsibility for the direction and oversight of all HR functions. Tracy is a member of Holy Trinity Parish of Pinconning and has been a commissioned lay minister since 2006.

Director of Stewardship and Development

Geri Rudolf has been named director of stewardship and development. Geri has extensive experience in development, marketing, public relations and media communications. She also has a broad knowledge of donor relations and fundraising having coordinated the annual diocesan Christ’s Mission Appeal for the past few years. As director, she will provide leadership, strategic direction and coordination for all diocesan stewardship and fundraising efforts and initiatives. Geri will also collaborate with the Catholic Community Foundation of Mid-Michigan (CCFMM). Geri is a member of the Cathedral of Mary of the Assumption and is involved in numerous charitable and community organizations.

Liturgical Liaison

Bob Zondlak, who has served as project manager for the past year, has joined the Parish Life and Evangelization team serving as liturgical liaison.  Working closely with the Office of Liturgy, Bob will initially provide support for the Eucharist Revival initiatives, including coordinating and providing communications, and scheduling  for Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion certification sessions, providing resources to parishes and processing relevant documents. Bob, a member of Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Parish in Midland, is also a third-year candidate in the permanent deacon formation program.

Project Manager

Tyler Provow recently joined the Office of the Chancellor as a project manager, focusing on transitioning decades of paper records to an electronic format and working with archivist Mark Prindiville in developing a robust records and data management process. Tyler, who is originally from the Auburn area, recently relocated back to the Great Lakes Bay Region with his wife and infant daughter.

Mission Coordinator

Maria Coss has transitioned to the position of mission coordinator.  Maria has been a member of the chancery staff for five years, beginning as an office assistant for the Christian Service Office. Maria will continue her work with multicultural ministry, diocesan outreach and marriage and family ministry, while focusing on mission outreach.  Maria is a member of St. Francis of Assisi Parish in Saginaw.

Coordinator of Youth and Young Adult Ministry

Minerva Gonzalez joined the Parish Life and Evangelization team as the Vicariate 3 liaison and coordinator of youth and young adult ministry.  Minerva is a licensed social worker whose previous role focused on youth and their families.  Her commitment to her Catholic faith led her to transition into ministry at the chancery. Minerva is a member of Holy Spirit Parish in Shields.
